Summer Camps and Training Programs

Need some help training this summer? Summer training camps are a great way to stay motivated, meet new runners, learn about important concepts in training, and in some cases, get out of the house for a little while! This year, we have two great options to get you ready for the start of Cross Country.

=PR= High School Training Program

Train together with experienced coaches and other runners of similar ability in our five-week program with locations in Fairfax and Loudoun. This program is designed to provide a structured training environment to prepare area athletes for the fall season. While focused on cross country, it is relevant for swimmers, soccer players, and other athletes whose sports include significant running or can benefit from increased endurance.

The program will meet two mornings a week from June 28 to July 31 (days of week vary based on location choice). These weeks fill the gap between the end of the school year and the beginning of practice in August. Even if an athlete misses a few sessions due to a family vacation, a team camp, etc., this program is still valuable and affordable.
