Upcoming Seminar Topics
"Training Smart": Understanding the "Why" Behind Training Zones and Using Heart Rate Info Effectively
Better understand key principles for effective training -- whether you're preparing for a 10K or a marathon. This FREE seminar will provide additional detail on the physiology relevant to distance training and cover some basic elements of heart-rate based training. For marathoners, as your long runs get longer, running at the appropriate effort level becomes increasingly important. But training smart is relevant for runners of all levels preparing for races of all distances -- by learning key areas on which to focus, when to run hard and when to keep it under control, you can maximize the benefits of the time you put into your training.
